2008 Forms Update Resource for Members
The 2008 Residential Listing Contract (WB1) and Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement (WB36) have been finalized by the Department of Regulation and Licensing. The mandatory use date for both forms is July 1, 2008. Forms are now available for members to purchase at the Association Office. A video is also available at the office to help members learn about the new forms. A link to copies of the new forms and a video to explain them are available to view, at no cost, in High Bandwidth and Low Bandwidth:

Need to update your key? The quickest way is to visit www.supraekey.com. On the right side of the screen select Log on to KIMweb, then select Greater La Crosse MLS Corp from the drop-down box, enter your key number and pin number, then select Update Code from the left side of the screen and follow the instructions. If you are experiencing difficulty or having trouble updating your key, call the association office at 785-7744 and we'll be happy to help you.

Submit Your Open Houses Online
By submitting your Open House form via this website, you take the guess work out of checking to make sure that all of the required information has been entered. This ensures that your Open House will be processed in a timely manner. Online submission also allows you to receive an automatic confirmation email at up to two email addresses.
