2008 Forms Update Resource for Members
Mandatory Use Date: July 1st, 2008
The 2008 Residential Listing Contract (WB1) and Buyer Agency/Tenant Representation Agreement (WB36) have been finalized by the Department of Regulation and Licensing. Forms are now available for members to purchase at the Association Office. A video is also available at the office to help members learn about the new forms. A link to copies of the new forms and a video to explain them are available to view, at no cost, in High Bandwidth and Low Bandwidth:

Submit Your Open Houses Online
By submitting your Open House form via this website, you take the guess work out of checking to make sure that all of the required information has been entered. This ensures that your Open House will be processed in a timely manner. Online submission also allows you to receive an automatic confirmation email at up to two email addresses. Remember to call the Association Office to make sure we've received all of your Open Houses.
