Getting Help from K.I.M. K.I.M., Supra's Keybox Information Manager, is a useful tool in helping you use your SuperKey efficiently. When you call K.I.M., the first thing you have to do is enter your area code. The area code is "608" even if you live outside the "608" area code. Then, identify yourself to the system by entering your DisplayKey serial number (on the back of your key) and your 4-digit PIN code. K.I.M. then verifies that you are a member of the Greater La Crosse MLS Corporation. Here area some ways that K.I.M. can help you: 1. Update Codes: Once a week, your Key will stop working, on 12:00 a.m. of the date displayed on your key. To obtain an update code from K.I.M., chose option #1 from the main menu. K.I.M. walks you through the process of updating your DisplayKey for the week. You are only allowed to call K.I.M. for an update code four times between each e-sync. 2. Reading a Keybox: If you want to know who has accessed a lockbox, you can get that information from K.I.M. In order to "read" a lockbox, you must have the Shackle Release Code and the serial number from that box. When you have that information, follow this procedure: a. Push "enter" to turn your key on b. Scroll down to "read keybox" c. Push "enter" d. Push "new read" e. Enter the Shackle Release Code f. Put key into the box g. Do a manual e-sync h. Wait 15 minutes for the information to reach K.I.M. i. Call K.I.M. and follow prompts to have a list faxed to you.
