How to become a REALTOR® REALTOR® membership is limited to someone who is licensed as a salesperson or broker or is a licensed or certified appraiser. Anyone seeking REALTOR® membership must complete an application (pdf), pay an application fee and dues and attend a one-day orientation. REALTOR® membership in the La Crosse Area REALTORS® Association also includes membership in the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
