La Crosse Area Fair Housing Partnership The La Crosse Area Fair Housing Partnership (FHP) is a proactive collaboration of organizations and entities established in 1999. It is dedicated to increasing the availability and accessibility of affordable, quality housing for individuals and families in the La Crosse Area. The FHP supports equal treatment in housing for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap or disability, familial or family status, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, lawful source of incomes, age, ancestry, or any other class or status protected by law in the La Crosse Area. FHP membership includes lenders, REALTORS®, builders, educators, apartment owners, government entities, ethnic organizations and non-profit organizations. FHP recognizes the need for quality, affordable housing in the La Crosse Area. Members proactively work toward making our goal a reality for anyone who seeks housing.
