Changes in Membership Status

Affiliate Members:

Notify the Association Office when you relocate to another branch office or a totally new office. You will be able to take your membership with you. However, if you are a Local Affiliate and there is not a Designated Affiliate at the new office, you may be required to pay the prorated “State” dues for the remainder of the year. REALTOR Members:

  1. A copy of the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) “Notice of Licensee Association with Firm” is to be emailed (mailed) to the DSPS and the Association Office by your new Broker.
  2. A copy of the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) “Notice of Termination of Licensee Associated with Firm” (your past employer) is to be emailed (mailed) to the DSPS and the Association Office by your new Broker
  3. Notify the Association Office if any of your business information has changed. Example: home phone number, email address, etc.

Note: When you change offices, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours (or 1 business day after notification) before the MLS System will recognize you at the new office. Call if questions or concerns.
